Join us for our 2nd triple B or cloverleaf century ride of the year out of Madison Meadows. Route Update: We will do 50-52 miles then regroup at Madison Meadows for the Bule skies ride at 9 am. We will ride the Busse woods route and then on the way home, peel off to Schaumburg heading WEST then to County Donuts for a short break. Then back to Busse for one more loop followed by heading back to Madison Meadows for break #2. Then we will do Blue Skies and have break #3 at Panera. I will bring crumb cake and cookies for break #2 and after the ride, and we will go to BILLY BRICKS pizza in Lombard on St. Charles after the ride for those who have time. In June when we did this ride, we averaged 17.3 MPH. Given slower pace in Busse woods we may not hit this but love to say above 17.0 but we shall see where the day takes us! Hopefully, we will get a little support when we join the blue skies ride. Feel free to join for the first half, second half or all of it! Please let me know no later (but hopefully sooner) than the night before if you are planning to join. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I will have room in my car to store any food or discarded layers as it warms up. I will also have some extra water and gatorade.

Pinch hitting for Jason and as the 2nd leg of the Triple B Century. Join me for a road ride from Lombard to St. Charles, which will feature a newly-resurfaced Crescent Boulevard for your sprinting pleasure. Our midpoint rest stop will be at Panera in St. Charles. Pace depends on the group, possibility to do paceline and taking turns pulling, with optional sprints. I expect to do the Munger Loop (Powis->Stearns->Munger->Smith), so anticipate total mileage closer to 50 miles. Others are always free to bypass or shorten the loop. We will face some hills, rollers, and open road with narrow shoulders, so a road bike and some road riding experience is highly recommended. Ample regroup opportunities. Please don‘t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
