Swallow Cliff Stairs & Hike / 2~6 mi @ 3 mph / Rich Aycock

Come out and enjoy a stair climbing workout with an optional 4 mile forest preserve hike afterwards. We'll meet up in the parking lot for the Swallow Cliff stairs in the Cook County Forrest Preserve, you can choose a distance and pace that you are comfortable with.
