Roll from Sunset Pool Parking lot in Glen Ellyn. Head out west to scenic long stretches of low traffic roads. One short break. Bring your snack and plenty of liquids. NO drop pacelining rolling at 16-18 mph on flats. (Not 16-18 average). Optional sprints w regroups.
