Forecast is calling for warmish temperatures and clear skies once overnight showers pass. Let's try to do this again! Watch for time change or cancellation if showers linger to mid-morning or conditions remain dangerously wet at start time.

I will keep posting as long as weather and my schedule permit. Expect pace to be a bit slower with the cool weather upon us. Check mid-week going forward to see if we're a go!

Join me for a road ride from Lombard to St. Charles. Note that our return route will be through downtown Wheaton rather than Jewel to Gary, as Gary is closed for construction. Our midpoint rest stop will be at Panera in St. Charles. I expect to maintain the upper end of the posted rolling speed, with optional sprints. I expect to do the Munger Loop (Powis to Stearns to Munger to Smith), so anticipate total mileage closer to 50 miles. Others are always free to bypass or shorten the loop.

We will face some hills, rollers, and open road with narrow shoulders, so a road bike and some road riding experience is highly recommended. Ample regroup opportunities. No one will be dropped.
