Pool Party: Fast Ride / 55 mi @ 16-19 mph / Steven Schoenfeld

I will lead the traditional fast pool party ride which was developed by George Pastorino many years ago. It is a 55 Mile loop from the Pastorino home through Lemont and back. One rest stop about 2/3 of the way through the ride. Bring plenty of water, especially if it is hot and/or sunny. Lots of sprint sections with regroup points and several hill climbs.
