Wednesday night fast ride / 35-45 mi @ 20+ mph / Nick Gornick

Fast group ride with rolling speeds of 21-24+ mph on flat sections after we head out of town and an final average speed of about 20mph if weather and traffic cooperate. No rest stops from now on, as the sun is setting earlier. <br /><br />If you can’t make Ron’s Tuesday night ride and you want to hammer a fast ride, consider joining me on Wednesday nights.
