(If you want 8 more club miles, meet me at Elmhurst Whole Foods rear parking lot by
West Ave. I will swing by at 7:20am. Then we can ride over to Madison Meadows
for the official ride start at 8am.)
Please join me for a moderate bike ride to St. Charles.
There will be optional sprints out and back on Crescent, Prince Crossing,
and Klein Rd, if desired.
Otherwise we will stick together and maintain the pace.
Includes short 5 min rest stops out and back for water/refueling.
Road bike recommended.
Mid-point rest stop will be Panera Bread at
2871 E Main St, St. Charles, IL 60174.
